From your first question to a delivered result
There are two ways to work with ScholarsColab. Every service we offer is managed by us: a Research Project Manager runs your manuscript audit, manuscript editing, journal selection and submission, LaTeX conversion or your whole research project. Or you can do it yourself: book a discussion with a mentor, or hire a freelance PhD expert and manage the work your way.
Our services, each one managed for you
Whatever you order from us, it becomes a managed project. A Research Project Manager owns it, picks the right PhD expert, checks quality before anything reaches you, and keeps you updated until you approve the result.
Managed by ScholarsColab: the journey
The same four stages for every service we manage. One person, your Research Project Manager, is accountable from start to finish.

Know what your paper needs, before you pay anything
Most people arrive with a question, not an order. These steps are free.
Check your manuscript with free tools
The Submission Readiness Check shows your rejection risk and weak points. The Journal Finder shows journals that publish work like yours.
Ask the guide, or a human expert
Press Support on any page. Our guide answers right away with real prices. When your question needs a person, a human expert joins the same chat.
Get a clear scope and price
You see what is included, the turnaround and the price in your currency before you decide. Nothing starts without your go-ahead.
Order in a few minutes, and your project is created
The order is the start of your project, not the end of a sale.
Choose the service and check out
Pick the service page, place the order and pay securely. Prices show in INR in India and in USD elsewhere, with regional pricing for many countries.
Confirmation by email
You get an order confirmation right away. The same order appears in My Account on scholarscolab.com, where you follow everything from now on.
Your project is set up
The order becomes a project in our project management system, and a Research Project Manager takes ownership of it.
What happens to your paper
The steps differ by service. Pick yours. Every one is done by a PhD researcher who works in your area, never by a generalist.
Secure upload
Your paper opens in a secure editor. You decide whether the reviewer can download or edit it.
A PhD reviewer reads it, section by section
The way a journal editor and reviewer will: novelty, structure, method, statistics, references and journal fit.
You get a structured report
A rejection-risk score, a verdict, specific fixes for each weak section, and a plagiarism and AI similarity report.
You revise with evidence
Fix it yourself, or work with one of our author-service doctorates. The audit usually takes up to a week.
Share your manuscript and target journal
Tell us where you plan to submit, so the editing follows that journal's style and expectations.
A PhD editor in your field edits it
Language, grammar, clarity, flow, structure and consistency of terms, with notes where a sentence changes meaning.
You get both versions
A tracked-changes file to see every edit, a clean copy ready to submit, and the editor's notes. Nobody rewrites your science.
Manuscript Editing is coming to the site soon. Until then, ask us about it.
A shortlist of journals that fit
Up to 5 journals across publishers, matched to your target indexing (SCIE or Scopus) and quartile.
Converted to the journal's LaTeX template
Your manuscript is set in the exact template the chosen journal asks for.
Submitted, with weekly updates
We handle the submission and send you weekly progress updates. Journal recommendation and LaTeX conversion usually take up to a week.
Share your manuscript and the journal
Send your Word or LaTeX file and tell us the target journal. We check the template it asks for.
Set in the journal's LaTeX template
Text, equations, figures, tables and references are placed in the exact template, in the journal's style.
You get the compiled PDF and the source
A checked PDF plus the LaTeX source files, ready to upload to the journal, or we submit it for you with Journal Selection.
Tell us the project, get a quote
Describe the research work and your timeline. Free, no obligation, with a quote within 24 hours.
Your manager builds the team
A dedicated Research Project Manager hand-picks vetted STEM researchers for each part of the work.
Milestones, each one checked
Work moves milestone by milestone. Every deliverable gets a quality and plagiarism check before it reaches you.
You pay as work is approved
You approve each milestone before paying for it, and follow the whole project in the same dashboard our team uses.
How your Research Project Manager runs the work
The same loop runs for every milestone until you approve the final result.
The right expert for your fieldYour manager picks a PhD researcher who publishes in your exact area.
Updates at every stageIn My Account on scholarscolab.com and by email, so you always know where the work stands.
Talk to your project managerChat from My Account: live when they are available, otherwise they reply as soon as they are back.
Something not right? Raise itRaise an issue or a dispute from My Account (a delay, quality or a refund); our team looks into it.
Delivery and approvalThe result reaches you through My Account and email, with revisions until you approve it.
Choose the expert yourself, in two ways
Talk one to one with a mentor about your research, or hire a freelance PhD expert for a piece of work and steer it yourself.
2ABook a discussion with a mentor
A focused meeting with a published researcher in your area: your topic, your method, your paper, or your next submission.
Find a mentor in your area
Browse mentors by research domain. Each profile shows their publications, the journals they publish in, and reviews from other researchers.
Request a meeting from the profile
Press Schedule Meeting on the mentor's profile and share what you want to discuss and when suits you.
Confirm the slot and the fee
We confirm a time that works for both of you, and you pay the meeting fee securely on the site.
Meet online, then decide your next step
Discuss your work one to one. Afterwards, rate the mentor, book another session, or hire them for your project.
2BHire a freelancer for a project
Post your project for free, compare vetted PhD experts, and pay milestone by milestone. Your money is released only when you approve the work.
Post your brief
Your task, timeline and budget on Hire Experts. Free, takes two minutes.
Checked by our team
Scope, skills and feasibility are reviewed before your brief goes live, so the proposals you get are realistic.
Get matched with 3 to 5 experts
Each with a profile, publications, ratings and a fixed-price quote. Browse experts by domain too, and interview your shortlist.
Hire and fund the first milestone
Your payment for the milestone is held safely, and released only after you approve the work.
Track milestones and chat
Follow progress, talk to your expert, and review each milestone as it is delivered. Every deliverable is quality-checked first.
Approve, then the payment is released
Happy with it? Approve and the milestone payment goes to your expert. Not happy? Ask for changes first.
Rate, rehire, build your team
Leave a review, save the experts you liked, and rehire them for your next project.
Managed or self-hire?
Both use the same vetted PhD experts and the same quality checks. The difference is who chooses the expert and who steers the work.
